The Partnership Will Bring Locally Produced Cheese Products to Retailers in the Region
“For the past 60 years, my family has been responding to customer requests with the mission of keeping small family farms in business, while bringing high quality food and service to the market. This partnership with the Rotelle family & September Farm is another step on the journey of sharing what matters most every day.” – George Weaver IV
The alignment of Nature’s Yoke and September Farm goes far beyond the product offering to the underlying values of both family-owned organizations, which is to provide high-quality specialty food items produced locally, ethically, and sustainably. Nature’s Yoke’s driving mission is to connect consumers with these truly small farms. This new partnership is precisely fit for that mission.
“Having raised our children on a dairy farm, we recognize the value in preserving the family farm lifestyle. For the past 18 years, we have been sourcing locally produced milk to craft high-quality, award-winning cheese and are excited to preserve and connect more family farms with the marketplace through this partnership with Nature’s Yoke.” -Dave Rotelle
Four Seasons Produce — a major grocery supplier for the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast Regions — will be the first distributor to bring these new products to retailers. As production capacity grows, Nature’s Yoke and September Farm Cheese aim to increase the number of retailers carrying their products and pursue regional expansion.
The benefits of this partnership include:
1. An expansion of the product offerings under the Nature’s Yoke brand.
2. A strong distribution network for September Farm Cheese products.
3. A significant boost to local dairies.
4. Ability to align the vision of two family-owned companies and better support retailers.
5. Bring more locally sourced food to consumers under a brand they know and trust.
