Purpose of Position
The Order Picker has primary responsibility for ensuring the orderly operation of an effective finished cooler department through his/her use of accurate order fulfilling. The primary responsibility includes but yet not limited to: making sure orders are pulled, pallets wrapped and labeled properly in a timely manner.

Essential Duties
• Order fulfilment
• Wrap filled pallets
• Check to ensure labeling and codes are correct
• Operate powered forklift in safe and competent manner
• Manage and rotate inventory on FIFO basis
• Ensure all products in the warehouse are stored on pallets
• Pallets must be clean and in good repair
• Help maintain finished product warehouse and docks in a clean and orderly fashion
• Load, unload, cross dock trucks as needed in both finished product cooler and dry warehouse
• Keep finished warehouse clean and orderly with no spilled, damaged, or exposed product
• Assist in egg room when requested by Management
• All other duties as assigned
Position Requirements
• Basic food safety training
• Complete support of and willing adherence to Westfield Egg Farm’s mission, vision, and core values. Applicant must hold these standards as his/her own.
• 18 years of age or older and have valid drivers license
• Willing to learn to drive an 18 wheeler short distances
